My Approach to Wellness is Holistic, but My Coaching is highly personalized. Nothing is a cookie-cutter: There is no “one size fits all”. I coach women through 1 on 1 Coaching Programs, Group Programs or Wellness Sessions.

1-on-1 Coaching Program
(3 to 6 months)
This program is designed for overwhelmed, stressed-out women who want to learn better ways to manage their time and prioritize self-care or who are simply not feeling good about themselves.
Goal: Transform your fatigue and stress into vitality in 12 to 24 weeks. Allow yourself to focus on accomplishing what is really important in less time, and delete the non-realistic stuff to truly enjoy life.

Group Coaching Program
(4 weeks to 3 months)
This program is designed for busy women who are experiencing hormonal changes that affect stress, energy, body weight, shape and muscle mass.
Goal: Optimize lifestyle with safe, evidence-based biohacking to gradually lose weight, boost energy, and tone the body, sharing success stories with women with similar goals. Various exercise options available. (5 to 10 min of exercise, 3x/week is enough to get fast results with small micro-lifestyle changes
Chose to STAY Fit and Fabulous in our 3 month program if you need to keep the spark alive once ignited with our 4 week Fit and Fabulous Challenge to improve muscle and bone mass which tend to decline after 40 year old.

Have you heard of Qi Gong? This traditional Chinese medicine healing practice supports mental, physical, and spiritual health through gentle movement, meditation, and breathing techniques. My Qigong classes are designed to help women reduce their stress levels, improve their overall health, adapt to the stages of women’s hormonal evolution and gain better focus.
—Biofield tuning®
The term “biofield” refers to our body’s electric, magnetic and subtle energy system in its entirety – both the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it. In a Biofield Tuning session, we use tuning forks of different frequencies to work with this energy system that relates to our conscious and subconscious mind, including our memories. The goal is to bring harmony, reduce stress and energy blockages. Sessions are conducted from a distance.
