I specialize in coaching career-driven women motivated to turn stress into an ally, boost energy, and set limits to better master time and environment. My coaching empowers you to dare prioritize self-care and lead a life aligned with your values.
I help you regain energy and confidence by addressing the challenges of being overwhelmed, facing lifestyle gaps, and delegation challenges. I understand the demands of modern technological life, the five stages of women’s hormonal evolution, and the tendency to overextend—I’ve been there too.
My one-on-one coaching aims to prevent burnout and reassess necessary life changes. A holistic approach is essential for a fulfilling life. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to restore balance.

“My electrification accident brought me to the Practice of Biofield Tuning®”
In 2021, I suffered an electrification accident that impacted my entire body and movement, leaving me with excruciating burning pain. This challenging experience unexpectedly led me to discover Biofield Tuning®—a sound therapy method that utilizes specific frequencies to restore balance and harmony within the body’s energy field, promoting healing and well-being. I was astonished by how this technique not only alleviated my pain but also significantly enhanced my overall well-being, reducing stress, boosting my energy, improving my sleep, and deepening my meditation practice.
Inspired by this transformative journey, I became a practitioner of Biofield Tuning, which I now offer alongside my coaching services or as a standalone practice. I believe it serves as an excellent entry point for others to connect with me and experience the myriad benefits I provide.
