  1. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU, FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND ON WHAT  BASIS DO WE PROCESS IT? 

Personal data is any information that can identify an individual. It does not include  anonymized data. 

We may process the following categories of personal data about you: 

Communication data which includes any communication you send to us, whether via our  website contact form, email, text, social media messaging or any other communication you  send to us. We process this data for the purposes of communicating with you, keeping  records and establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims. Our legitimate reason for this  processing is our legitimate interests which, in this case, are to respond to communications  sent to us, to keep records and to establish, pursue or defend legal claims. 

Customer data includes data relating to any purchase of goods and/or services, such as your  name, title, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, contact  details, purchase details and card details. We process this data to provide the goods and/or  services you have purchased and to keep records of these transactions. Our lawful ground  for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps  at your request to enter into such a contract. 

Payment data – We do not store credit card details, and we do not share financial details with  third parties.

User data – This is data relating to how you use our website and any other online services, as  well as data you submit for publication on our website or through other online services. We  process this data in order to operate our website and ensure that relevant content is provided  to you, to guarantee the security of our website, to maintain backups of our website and/or  databases and to enable the publication and administration of our website, other online  services and our business. The legal reason for this processing is our legitimate interest  which, in this case, is to enable us to properly manage our website and our business.

The source of this data is our analytics tracking system. The lawful reason for this processing is our legitimate  interest which, in this case, is to study how customers use our products/services, to develop  them, to grow our business and to decide on our marketing strategies.

Sensitive data 

We do not collect sensitive data about you. Sensitive data is data that includes details of  your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political  opinions, trade union membership, health information and genetic and biometric data. We  do not collect information on criminal convictions or offences. 

We need your explicit consent to process sensitive data. Therefore, when you submit your  details, we will send you a further communication asking you to confirm your consent to  this processing. If we need information about your ability to exercise or receive care, this  information will remain confidential under Quebec privacy laws and will never be shared  with third parties. It will remain in your personal file and only the person responsible for your 

care, training or coaching will have access to the information to ensure your safety and well being. We do not collect information on criminal convictions or offences. 

Where we are required to collect personal data by law or under the terms of the contract  between us and you do not provide us with such data when requested, we may not be able  to perform the contract (for example, deliver goods or services to you). If you do not provide  us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered,  but if we do, we will inform you at the time. 

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which it was collected or for a  reasonably compatible purpose if necessary. We do not engage in automated decision-making or any type of automated profiling. 3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

If you choose not to receive marketing communications, this opt-out option does not apply  to personal data provided in the context of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty  registrations, etc., for which you are responsible.

Other companies in our group that provide services to us;  

Service providers who provide IT and systems administration services; Government agencies that require us to report on processing activities. 6. DATA SECURITY 

We have implemented security measures to prevent your personal data from being  accidentally lost, used, modified, disclosed or accessed without authorization. We also  only allow access to your personal data to employees and partners who have a business  need to know this data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and  must ensure its confidentiality. 

We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected breach of personal data and will  notify you and any applicable regulatory body of a breach if we are legally required to do so.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for  which we collected it, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

You will not be charged a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other  rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded,  repetitive or excessive, or refuse to comply with your request in such circumstances.

We may need to ask you for specific information to help us confirm your identity and secure  your right to access your personal data (or to exercise one of your other rights). This is a  security measure designed to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to anyone who  does not have the right to receive it. We may also contact you to request further information  in relation to your request in order to expedite our response. 

We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. We may need more than one  month if your request is particularly complex or if you have made several requests. In this  case, we will inform you.
